Use of the Instruction:

You agree to use the training only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the instruction complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the site, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, and instruction (including but not limited to video, text, documents graphics, logos, and software) are the exclusive property of Life Advancement Group and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may no reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the program without our prior written permission.

Prohibited Conduct:

You agree not to share copyrighted documents and passwords outside of the organization from which a purchase or partnership with Life Advancement Group exists.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms of Use. Additionally, ending a partnership with Life Advancement Group will immediately disable all logins associated with the partnership. To continue using the app, a new purchase may be necessary.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Life Advancement Group, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the instruction; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the site; (iv) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our app by any third party; and/or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the app, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, USA , without regard to its conflict of law principles.
